![]() They both didnt say one thing about me getting cut and offered a refund and to re-charge my card for the happy hour price. Everyone else got it in my group but not me, even though it was before 3. ![]() So I pay without knowing a total and she brings back my receipt that doesnt show the 15% off for happy hour. The polish was all over my skin! Even I can do better and Im not a nail tech! She seemed in such a hurry to finish everything even though I was with 3 other people and was the first one done. I noticed when I got home that my toenails were also all messed up. I had to go home and file the edges and reshape them because of how bad they look. The manicure didnt even turn out good after all that! The tops of my nails are bumpy and uneven. When I say it hurt, I mean I was tearing up because it felt like a slow motion paper cut a hundred times over. I pulled away because it hurt so bad and I kept telling her Im bleeding! She didnt seem to care, not even a sorry. The lady who did my nails kept cutting me with the edge of the nail file. Today I went back and got the worst mani and pedi Ive ever gotten in my life. I went here a few months ago and got a great mani and pedi. Come to find out they still OVER CHARGED for the design they thought I wanted. I made him fix the worse ones but I was so desperate to get out so after that we paid and left. all the lines in the design were jagged, he completely rushed. I tried to ignore him most of the time, but he kept hurting me. Trying to hold back tears I apologized and he didn’t say anything, just yanked my hand closer to him. He started shaking his head and speaking in his language. I showed another picture and that’s when he understood what I actually wanted. ![]() He started to put the wrong color on my nails so I stoped him and showed him the picture, he didn’t get it and got angrier with me and started yelling. I politely asked him was he was doing and as he explained he got angry. We were not on the same page with what I wanted. He yanked my hands around and was super rude, when he started working on them I knew something was wrong right way. We moved on and I sat down for my pedicure, they lady was super nice and the only good part about my experience. I thought it was weird because I got them done there before and there was a charge but not this high of one. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they said I would have to be up charged for the design. My mother in law set up an appointment for 6:30 (they closed at 7:30 on Saturdays). My wedding day was 4 days away and my loving in-laws decided to pay for my nails. Pricing is fair and average for what I wanted. The leg and foot massage was so good I almost fell asleep! My feet are so happy and pretty now! Both ladies were so sweet and made great conversation, while allowing me to relax as well. She also helped us pick the right color for my toes to match my nails.Stacy also made sure I was comfortable, made sure water temperature was good and everything. She made sure I was happy with them every step of the way in case we needed to make adjustments. ![]() Everyone had masks on properly, made sure guests were spaced out, and I watched them sanitize everything after every person.Lynn did a wonderful job on my nails. Now this was on a Monday, they said weekends are better to make an appointment ahead of time! The salon was immaculately clean, they are obviously taking covid guidelines seriously. They answered promptly and when I arrived were great about explaining the menu and I did not have to sit around and wait. ![]() My mimosa was delicious!!I messaged on Facebook for an appointment and sent over my inspo picture for my nails. I had a full set of acrylic tips and a wonderful pedicure done today! Lynn did my nails and Stacy did my pedicure. What should’ve been a wonderful pitting prior to a big day, was such a disappointing day! I asked for them to be fixed and was basically feeling like a burden for something that was done wrong on the first place! The Bride to Abe’s hands were also being jerked around. I still left a 20% tip but i shouldn’t have. I got charged extra for gel, extra French tips, extra for length and extra for the dip powder underneath and i had them remove the gel bc of how displeased i was. My gel was bubbled up because it was put on so thick, as well as uneven. I’m in town for my friends wedding, which is tomorrow, and both of our nails are a disappointment. For one, this place was recommended to me from someone who is a regular and sees kelly, but kelly wasn’t there (after an appointment was made requesting her 2 weeks in advance)and they messed up her nails as well. I usually don’t go to reviews but I wanted to enlighten on my disappointment. ![]()
